Bush on July 30th 2008, pays for not only the full cost of tuition, but also pays a monthly stipend for living expenses and books.</p><br /><p>This new bill is replacing the outdated <a href="http://www.gibill.va.gov/">Montgomery G.I. Bill</a>, which has been in place since the end of World War Two. </p><br /><p>"I'm definitely not as stressed as I would be without the new<a href="http://www.military.com/gibill"> G.I. Bill</a>" said Cpl. THE PRESENTATION BEGAN WITH A SHORT FILM TITLED "JESSE'S STORY", WHICH DETAILED JESSE'S CHILDHOOD AND TRAGIC SURFING ACCIDENT. JESSE BILLAUER THEN SPOKE ABOUT HIS ADJUSTMENT TO LIFE IN A WHEELCHAIR AND HOW HIS DISABILITIES HAVE HELPED HIM REALIZE HIS DREAMS.
